Clay holds time, pressure, and touch.
Drawing is at the center of everything I make.
I create functional pottery, wall works, and sculpture, layering hand-drawn imagery onto clay surfaces and forms. My work explores the shifting boundary between architecture and landscape, structure and collapse, use and observation. These are objects for daily rituals and quiet looking, where drawing becomes surface, and surface becomes story.
I am interested in human connection and our relationship to the landscape. How does love, struggle and memory internally coalesce as layered stories through clay, drawings and found objects?
